How does it work? 

         These battery-operated mole expellers are simple to use, humane for the moles and very effective. Just push the waterproof spike into the ground and switch on.

          Moles are more or less blind, but they compensate by being highly sensitive to vibrations in the ground - which might be a predator borrowing down to attack them. The molechaser creates a deep, powerful noise (inaudible to humans) that emulates potential predators, causing moles to vacate the area. When the device is working, you'll hear a bleeping sound every 3 seconds or so - this is not the noise the moles hear, it's so you can be sure the device is working.

First,check the ground surface before usign it,Frozen soil.irrigated or waterlogged groud is not suitable.Second,dig a hole into solid earth to place the device.The density of the soil will be greatly affect effectiveness of the device.The solider the earth is,the better the device will be working.
